How to Request Warranty Support
If you experience any issues with your VELUX product after installation, contact Forsyth Exteriors. As your certified installer, we will inspect the product and verify that everything has been installed according to VELUX's guidelines.
In most cases, we're able to identify and resolve concerns quickly without the need for further steps.

VELUX's customer service team is trained to troubleshoot and may be able to resolve your issue over the phone—often without requiring an on-site visit.
Note: It is the homeowner's responsibility to take immediate steps to limit or prevent damage, including water intrusion, while a warranty concern is being addressed.
