10-Year No-Leak Warranty

VELUX offers an industry-leading 10-year installation warranty on all deck-mounted and curb-mounted skylights. VELUX builds durability into every product, but should an issue arise, you'll have warranty protection that's simple, thorough, and reliable.

20/10/5 Limited Product Warranty

Depending on the product type, VELUX offers additional coverage under its 20/10/5 limited product warranty, which includes:

Hail Protection Guarantee

VELUX skylights with Standard Safety Glass are protected under a 10-year hail breakage warranty, covering damage from hail-related cracks or breakage for up to a decade after purchase.

How to Request Warranty Support

If you experience any issues with your VELUX product after installation, contact Forsyth Exteriors. As your certified installer, we will inspect the product and verify that everything has been installed according to VELUX's guidelines.

In most cases, we're able to identify and resolve concerns quickly without the need for further steps.

VELUX's customer service team is trained to troubleshoot and may be able to resolve your issue over the phone—often without requiring an on-site visit.

Note: It is the homeowner's responsibility to take immediate steps to limit or prevent damage, including water intrusion, while a warranty concern is being addressed.
